We are seeking curious, compassionate, and self-motivated LMSWs to join our small team of psychotherapists! The role is ideal for someone interested in working in a small private practice setting and intending to start their own practice once they obtain their "C." Once fully licensed, clinicians are welcome to take their clients with them to their own practice.
Qualifications:
LMSW with a license to practice in New York
Ability to work remotely in your own private space with a reliable internet connection
Comfortable working with a degree of independence
Engage in a relational, trauma-informed lens with a systems perspective. Takes a non-pathologizing stance, focusing on clients’ strengths
Responsibilities
Build up to a caseload of 15-20 clients per week
Provide phone consultations for prospective clients to determine the fit
Maintain timely and accurate client records
Attend individual supervision meetings
Engage in marketing on various platforms to build a caseload
